Sketchpad Policy Questions

1. How long after I place my order will my SketchPad Home Plan Sets arrive?
   SketchPad Home Plan Sets are created entirely on a per-order basis and typically take 10 business days to process. SketchPad will e-mail you a shipment confirmation when your plans are shipped.
2. What if I order the plans and change my mind. Can the home plans be returned?
   We do not allow refunds or exchanges. That’s why we recommend not rushing your choice and truly understanding your selection before ordering. To ease this process, feel free to print out the information sheets on each plan detail page to review while you consider your decision.
3. How do I know my order will be secure?
   All financial information is encrypted and transactions are conducted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
